Stand construction packages

The stand construction packages allow you an attractive trade fair appearance without much preparation effort and at affordable conditions.

Genuss package: For exhibitors from the Genuss sector (winemakers, delicatessen, etc.). Includes wooden stand construction, power connection, standing table, and more.

Hotel package: An all-round carefree package that includes all important elements for a successful presentation at the fair.

KreativSCHAU! package: For exhibitors from the "handmade" sector. Includes KreativSCHAU! counter, power connection, parking card, and more.

Streetfood package: Special conditions for exhibitors in the separate Street Food area. With music for visitors, seating area, shared water connection, special price for high-voltage power.

Support for young entrepreneurs

Messe Dornbirn and the Vorarlberg Chamber of Commerce support the trade fair appearance of young entrepreneurs from Vorarlberg again this year.A 20% discount on space rental is granted at the spring fair SCHAU!. A limited number of spaces are available for this support. The support cannot be combined with other discounts.

Requirements are:

Company headquarters in Vorarlberg

Company founded from 01.01.2023 onwards

First-time participation at a Messe Dornbirn fair

Registration requirement for employees and temporary staff

Employees and temporary staff must be registered for the entire period of activity (including setup and dismantling) on the premises of the Dornbirn exhibition center. Registration must be done with the responsible authorities inAustria. On-site inspections by the responsible authorities may be conducted. As an exhibitor at the Herbstmesse, you must be able to present the necessary documents at any time.

Decree on cash register obligation from 2016

The decree on the cash register obligation was issued by the Federal Ministry of Finance in 2016 and has been valid since then. The cash register obligation aims to combat undeclared sales and tax evasion. It is intended to create fair conditions for a competitive business location for local entrepreneurs.
